So the holiday madness is over and things are settling back down. The kids are still on holiday break, but Mr. Man and I are back to work. I had a terrible cold over Christmas but some how managed to get through it all.
Santa brought me some nice gifts and so did my kiddos. Lefty made me an ornament at school with his picture in it and Spirit picked out some new table clothes for me. (I use a table cloth for every meal, for one thing I like to pretty up the table but the main reason for using a table cloth... I have 2 messy eaters and when things get spilled the table cloth soaks it up and I can continue to eat a hot meal!) Mr. Man bought me a set of plates and some new drinking glasses (we seriously had no glasses - we were drinking out of the recycled Chili's kids cups... how sad is that??)
I hope you all had a nice holiday weekend and are gearing up for 2009! I am off to do some catching up on my blog reading - it's been awhile!
