I heard about this product that is to reduce the duration of flu symptoms. I bought a 3-dose pack for Mr. Man the other night and he thought it helped. Yesterday afternoon, I started getting cold and my throat hurt and I felt like I just wanted to crawl into bed and stay there. Instead, I rushed over to the drug store and bought some of this... I bought the 12-dose pack (in case Mr. Man wanted to take some more too). I did one dose before bed last night and another this morning. I don't feel too bad right now so I am hoping this means I will not get the flu as bad as he had it! I have a cough, but other than that I am feeling good *fingers crossed*

Oh, man! Did you guys get flu shots? Fingers crossed here too.
fingers crossed. Another thing you might want to to try is eucalyptus oil in the humidifier and in the shower. It really helps with the cough.
