My husband's youngest sister is moving from our area to Virginia the early part of May. So we had planned a little girls weekend and planned on heading to the mountains tomorrow about noon. We are planning to meet my husband's oldest sister, her daughter and her two daughter-in-laws. We have a bed-n-breakfast reserved for us all. My SIL (the oldest of the sisters) wants to do a slipper exchange (I've never heard of such a thing, but sounds fun!) We all drew names and have to buy a pair of slippers for that person. Kind of different, but fun!
ONE snag..........
We are experiencing snow today. The mountains are expecting 20". I really don't want to go and get stuck up there! I am such a baby, I know, but as much as I may enjoy being with my SILs - I don't want to be snowed in with them!!!
So we'll see how this turns out! In any event, be sure to check in here tomorrow for the green chile frittata recipe - you MUST try it! It is so tasty!
