Meal Plan for February 14 - February 20

HAPPY VELENTINE'S DAY TO ALL OF YOU! Doing anything special? We aren't really. Last night we went to a comedy thing and had a sitter for the kids so that was a fun night for us.

Here is this week's menu for any of you that really care to read this boring post! LOL

With the exception of Saturday and Sunday the "Lunch" portion of the meal plan is for the lunch I pack for the boys. On Saturday and Sunday I make our lunch at home and we all eat together.

SATURDAY:
Breakfast - Waffles (my family's favorite) topped with strawberries sprinkled with a little powdered sugar
Lunch - Tuna noodle casserole / peas / peaches
Dinner - Salmon (This sounds so yummy and Mr. Man loves Salmon) / asparagus / Steamed rice / Pudding parfaits (basically just pudding layered in a glass bowl with whip cream, but it sounds prettier and fancier if I tell the kids they are getting "parfaits")

SUNDAY:
Breakfast - Eggs / hashbrowns / toast / juice
Lunch - Left overs
Dinner - Roast with potatoes and carrots cooked in the slow cooker / fresh baked bread

MONDAY:
Breakfast - cereal / toast / juice
Lunch - Sandwich / chips / apple slices / carrot sticks
Dinner - BBQ sandwiches (using left over roast) / tater tots

TUESDAY:
Breakfast - Cinnamon/sugar toast / fruit / milk
Lunch - Pizza rolls
Dinner - Spaghetti / salad / bread

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast - cereal / muffin / juice
Lunch - Spaghetti
Dinner - Quesadillas

THURSDAY:
Breakfast - English muffin sandwiches / juice
Lunch - Sandwich / chips / grapes / carrot sticks
Dinner - Grilled Cheese / chips / pears

FRIDAY:
Breakfast - Breakfast tacos / juice
Lunch - Left overs or Hot lunch at school
Dinner - Eating out

You are so good to do this each week! I sort of kinda make a plan, but don't really organize it like you do.

Tonight's dinner sounds GREAT. What time should I be there?
