Lady Bug came running in the house, very excited, saying "Mommy, mommy! Dirt and water make mud!"
The mess was confined to one small area on our patio and easily washed up ... the two of them however, well THAT is a different story -- THEY were filthy!! That's ok because they had a great time together!

LOL... Childhood can be so magical!
All that matters is that they had fun! God made dirt and dirt don't hurt.
Sounds like a great day-and a great day for a bath...
