I think this comes from Pampered Chef but there are several versions of the recipe out there. I don't believe I follow the exact Pampered Chef recipe but this is the way I like it and have made it this way for a few years now. Even Mr. Man really likes this pizza (and he is more of a meat and potato kind of a guy!)
Veggie Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1-2 Tbls sour cream
1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (envelope)
Veggies of your choice (I usually do chopped broccoli, shredded carrots, diced tomatoes, sliced zucchini, but you can really do any kind of veggie)
shredded Mozzarella
Roll crescent rolls out flat on pizza pan (square or round). Follow heating instructions on package. Don't let them brown too much. Set aside to cool. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and dressing mix in bowl. Spread cream cheese mixture on crescent rolls. Top with veggies and end with cheese. Cut into small sections and enjoy!
**If using a round pizza pan put the smallest part of the crescent roll triangle toward the center of the pan, overlap the triangles slightly.
