This past Saturday a couple friends came over and we baked - all.day.long. It was a long day, but fun! We made some munchies to eat while we baked. We talked. We laughed. It was so much fun!
We made sugar cookies with the kids. The kids had a blast! Lady Bug really took her time and carefully chose which sprinkles for which cookie. Spirit also did a very artsy job. The cookies came out as ugly as you can get because there are SO many sprinkles and decorations, but they taste just fine!
We also made pumpkin bread, oreo cookie bark, peppermint popcorn, chocolate covered peanut clusters, Hello Dollies cookie bars, chocolate crinkle cookies, a bunch of covered pretzels using these recipes. We had a busy and sugar-filled day!
I love baking day with friends!
