The realtor called and we can go pick up our keys and garage door opener from the title company any time we want to! YAY!! Now, before you go raining on my parade I do understand that sometimes owning a home has its down sides too.... like when something breaks YOU have to fix it instead of calling the landlord and saying "The toilet broke. Please fix it."
I am just so ready to get settled and back into some sort of normal (whatever that is) routine!

I don't know about that.
When we foreclosed our house (super sad, still, 10 months later) we were slightly excited to have that landlord luxury.
wouldn't you know, ours is a worthless lump who fixes nothing...
Congratulations!! I have never experienced a smooth sailing transaction without dates and times being changed on an hourly basis and then the call for that one piece of important information. All that said..you are in!!!!
