This is extremely quick to make and is a nice dish to serve to guests because it looks pretty (oh, and it tastes yummy too!) My family often requests this dessert.
Creamy Topped Raspberry Salad:
INGREDIENTS:
2 pkg (3 oz) raspberry jello
1 pkg (12 oz) frozen raspberries
4 oz cream cheese, softened
6 oz Cool Whip, thawed
6 Tbls sweetened condensed milk
Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 c boiling water. Add 1 c ice and frozen raspberries. Stir until ice melts. Put in freezer while you make topping. Mix cream cheese, cool whip and milk in a bowl. Spread topping over jello and refrigerate until ready to serve.
