Friday Recipe - Honey Butter

I like to serve honey butter with cornbread, but it works on regular rolls too. Every now and then I make a cinnamon honey butter version which is good on rolls too!

Honey Butter
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 c butter, at room temperature (let it sit out for 30 minutes or so)
1/4 c honey

Mix together butter and honey in a small bowl. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.

**For Cinnamon Honey Butter:
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 c butter, at room temperature
1/4 c honey
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
dash of salt

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
